We are looking to fill a part time and full time position. Below is a brief overview of what the roles will require.

Super Tramp are the UK’s pioneers of recreational trampolines! We are offering a job full of variety and offering a different challenge every day. Super Tramp are looking for someone to join our team, if you think you’ve got what it takes then please apply. Your duties will include, but are not restricted to:

Provide outstanding customer service all the time.
Monitoring of customer’s satisfaction and dealing with complaints.
Answering the phone, manage incoming enquiries, and take customer bookings.
Handling birthday party/group bookings and enquiries.
Ensure that all park policies and procedures are followed. 
Carry out management opening, changeover & closing duties.
Provide support to the management team, and work closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day running of the business.
Other duties as required.

Successful applicants will be:

Excellent spoken communication skills on the telephone and in person.
Must be friendly and approachable.
Make intuitive decisions in favour of our customers and maintain the high standard of service at all times.
Previous customer service experience (desirable).

You will be required to work weekends and evenings.
