Super Tramp PARKS FAQs

Do I need to book?

We recommend that you always book online. Here you will find our best value tickets ahead of your visit. We can take bookings on arrival but to avoid disappointment or a long wait, we strongly recommend booking online in advance – pre book your tickets in advance and save!

Do I need an adult with me?

All customers under the age of 16 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. If you are aged 13 years or older then you can bounce unsupervised once a waiver has been completed by a parent/guardian. All bouncers aged 12 years old and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whilst in the park. If you are aged 5-12 years old, the supervising adult is not required to join in but must be present in the park i.e. in our café or viewing gallery.

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes, everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver. Those under 16 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not sufficient.

How old do I need to be to bounce?

For most of our sessions you must be aged 5 years or older.

For children from walking age up to 4 years old we have designed our TOTS Club sessions. One supervising adult aged 18+ must supervise on the trampoline equipment during this session.

For children aged between 3 to 12 years old we have designed our Family Bounce sessions. For children aged 3 and 4 years old, one supervising adult aged 18+ must supervise on the trampoline equipment during this session.  Children aged 5 and over do not need supervising on the equipment during Family Bounce but must have a supervising adult present within the venue at all times. Please see our timetable to find out when these sessions run. See our timetables.

Do you have lockers?

We have a limited number of returnable £1 lockers available for valuables and personal items. These are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Are there any weight or height restrictions?

The weight restriction at Super Tramp Sunderland is 17½ stone (111 KG) for all sessions except fitness classes. There are no height restrictions in place for any sessions. Super Fit and Super Circuits sessions are open to all and do not have any weight restrictions in place.

Can I bring my own food?

We have a strict no self-catering policy in place for health and safety reasons. However, snacks and hot/cold drinks are available for purchase from our on-site our café.

The only exception to this policy is that you may bring a birthday cake in for an official Super Tramp birthday party; however, they are not permitted to be brought in for any other occasion or to be eaten in our cafe.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. For Schools/Sports Clubs/Brownies/Cubs/Scouts/Young Farmers a discount is available off of the price of the booking for 10 people or more. For every 10 participants, free admission is included for one supervising adult/teacher/group leader. Please note that Super Tramp grip-socks must be purchased separately. Tailored bookings can be organised by contacting us.

Can my children bounce without a parent or guardian?

All customers under the age of 16 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. If you are aged 13 years or older then you can bounce unsupervised once a waiver has been completed by a parent/guardian and as long as a contact number is left at reception. All bouncers aged 12 years old and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whilst in the park. If you are aged 5-12 years old, the supervising adult is not required to join in but must be present in the park i.e. in our café or viewing gallery.

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?

You will need to complete a waiver on your first visit to Super Tramp which will be valid for 365 days from the date of completion, subject to no medical or circumstance changes during that period. You will then have to complete a waiver every 12 months.

Can I wear my own socks?

No, specific jump socks are required for grip and hygiene reasons. Our Super Tramp grip-socks can be purchased from reception for £2.50. Once you have them, they are yours to take them home and re-use them on your next Super Tramp visit.

I don’t want to bounce, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?

If you plan on coming down but don’t want to bounce, we have a café and viewing area where you can observe from. Our café serves a variety of hot, cold and slush drinks, snacks and cakes. There is no charge to supervise from the café or viewing gallery; only those using the trampolines will be charged the admission price.

Do you offer military and services discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the admission price for cardholders on up to 4 bouncers only during General Bounce, Family Bounce and SEND/Support Sessions. Please note that the 10% discount only applies to the sessions stated above and does not include parties, grip-socks or the café.
